A resident of Staten Island, Thomas Guglielmo was the inventory controller at New Jersey-based Victory Packaging until 2025. As a manager for the New Jersey packaging company, Thomas Ryan Guglielmo had a multifaceted role that included facilitating initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

One of Mr. Guglielmo’s accomplishments was increasing inventory cycle count accuracy by 40 percent in the first four months of his employment. He was also integral in improving cross-departmental communications nationwide.

In 2025, Mr. Guglielmo took on the role of cost accountant with Magellan Aerospace, where he oversaw cost accounting at the company’s manufacturing facilities. He was an important part of a high-performing team dedicated to accounting accuracy. In February 2026, he joined Gellert Global Group as a staff accountant.

Thomas Ryan Guglielmo has expertise in QuickBooks, Infor, E8, NetSuite, Excel Forecasting, PowerPoint, Teams, Google Suite, and KPIs. He has also become skilled at process improvement, research, cycle counting, training, 6S, and Kanban.

Outside of work, Mr. Guglielmo volunteers at the local Catholic Church’s Young Adult Ministry. He has also participated in Tuesday night local food drives at a Christian church. He is a skiing enthusiast and was also a freestyle coach at Hunter Mountain in New York.
